| Step | Description |
| 1 | Open a new image. File - New or take ctrl/n and choose size 300x300px. Fill with your background color. |
| 2 | Create a new layer. Go to your alpha channel - Create a new channel. Use your rectangular marquee tool and make a shape like below. Fill your selection with white. Deselect your image.

| 3 | Still in your alpha channel you will need to Go to: Filter - Pixelate - crystallize. Cell size: 3 And you will get something like this:

| 4 | Ctrl/click your channel layer to highlight your shape as below.

| 5 | Go back to your layers and fill with white and deselect.
|
| 6 | Use your rectangular marquee tool to clean your sides from the tags. Mark each side and hit delete to take it away like the image to the right.

| 7 | Change your opacity down to normal: 25%. Go to: Filter - Effects - Dropshadow.
Go to: Filter -Noise - Add Noise.
Now your image will look like below.

| 8 | Ctrl/click your tape layer to highlight - Create a new layer. Go to: Filter - Sketch - Halftone Pattern.
Change your opacity down to softlight: c.a 16%. Now your image will look like the image to the right below - FINISHED. |
| 9 | To rotate your tapes as below - Link your 2 layers together. Go to: Edit - Transform - Rotate and turn your image as much as you want.
